Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, accommodating last-minute changes with well-stocked rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, despite some questionable practices. The location, while convenient to attractions, was not ideal for a vacation. The dining experience, though decent, could have been better. Overall, a satisfactory stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the Quality Inn was exactly what I expected for the price in Monterey. The room was clean, convenient, and seemed newly renovated. The service was friendly, offering water and granola bars upon check-in. However, I was aware of some questionable practices in collaboration with Econolodge. The location, while close to attractions like San Carlos Cathedral and the Monterey Historic area, was in a not well-kept commercial neighborhood, which wasn't ideal for my vacation. The dining experience was decent, but could have offered more variety, particularly in breakfast options. The unnecessary use of single-use plastic was a drawback. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious suites with separate sleeping rooms and cozy living areas equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, but unfortunately, the bathroom had some maintenance issues and the service was lacking, leaving a bit to be desired. The location is central and convenient to explore the Monterey activities, yet there were some minor service hiccups that affected the overall stay.
The hotel's rooms were very clean, with enough tables to sit at, and seemed remodeled, but needed attention from maintenance. The service during our stay was friendly and helpful. However, the location was not only further from where we wanted to be but also in a not well-kept commercial neighborhood, which wasn't suitable for our vacation. Overall, the hotel provided a better-than-average dining experience with a good selection of breakfast items.
